export API, and scraping the page breaks both vendors' terms. Paste one here and it's
stored and indexed like everything else.

One ZIP containing everything: every message, every original file with its
bytes intact, timestamps, model metadata, and a manifest carrying the
SHA-256 of every file. Each file is re-hashed as it downloads and checked
against the stored hash, so the export tells you whether the archive is
actually intact rather than merely present.
Assembled in this browser, not on a server — so the size limit is your
